If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern our relationship with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.
- All goods and services supplied by Xpress Collectables are supplied on the following terms and conditions..
- All orders are final once you have placed them.
- Payment must be in full before an order can be finalised and sent.
- Changes to existing orders will only be allowed if the order hasn’t progressed past the point where it’s paperwork has been sent to be processed and dispatched.
- Cancellation of orders will be at the discretion of management.
- All product pricing is shown within Australian Dollars (AUD).
- As we have thousands of products online sometimes we may inadvertently run out of an item due to damages or inventory discrepancies. In this case we will get in contact with you to offer an alternative, store credit or a refund on the unavailable product.
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or fees payable on the importation of items into their respective country and government.

Refunds and Returns
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can only offer you a refund or exchange, if we come to an agreement.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
You’re entitled to a refund, replacement or swap if:
- The item is faulty or damaged
- You were sent the wrong item
- You were sent the wrong size (3.75 inch/ 6 inch)
- The item doesn’t work as a reasonable person would expect it to work e.g. a Light-Up figure which doesn’t light-up
- The item is significantly different from the product images and description
You are not entitled to a refund if products have been opened or damaged after receipt.
All lost in transit/stolen packages are not the responsibility of Xpress Collectables.
Accuracy / Corrections
Upmost care has been taken to ensure that the products and descriptions of them on the online shop are accurate and up to date.
We do not promise or represent that content on the Online Shop is accurate or free from errors or omissions.
We reserve the right to make any necessary corrections.
In the event an error is identified, we will place a correction on the online shop content area.
If you feel that the item is not as described please feel free to contact us through email for a resolution or a refund claim. admin@xpresscollectables.com.au
All communication will be handled/replied to within 24 to 48 hrs.
If we agree to accepting a return, postage will be paid by the customer and the item returned to the following address:

Once received and inspected by Xpress Collectables, if we are satisfied with the returned item, will we offer a full refund of the item plus the cost of return postage.
Shipping:
As both collectors and sellers of collectable figures/toys we here at Xpress Collectables maintain a high quality for both the picking and packing of products. We pass this on to you the customer so you can receive high quality collectables to your door with minimum fuss.
PACKAGING
All action figures / toys at Xpress Collectables will be bubble wrapped, placed in a sturdy box with plenty of room around figures, then filled with packing paper/newspaper for any accidental bumps/dropping from the postal service to deliver safely to your door.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE STRICTLY
NO Returns/Refunds accepted. NO Exceptions.
